We have set up a technical R&D team, specializing in the research and design of progressive interconnect solutions and products. The core staff of the teams have more than a decade of experience in led pool light industries with sufficient theoretical research and extensivepractical experience.

3D Model design ability

We are keeping delveping new products all the time, and 3D modeling is a key step to develop success product, our team have rich expeience in designing a new model with 3D modeling, we can desin the model accronding to the customer's request, and we have many successful cases.

3D-print for new model

We have been utilizing 3D printing for a long time, it is fast and relatively cheap. It shorten the time greatly of developing a new product. 3D printing enables us to produce complex shapes, so we can modify and improve the model before final modeling. 

integrating sphere

We have our own integrating sphere, it can test the electrical parameter and optical parameter of the pool lights, and it enable us to test our underwater light at any time,  Usually, we would test and record the lamp for different batch.

Cooperative CNAS LAB

We have established a long-term relationship with the laboratory( Cnas Lab, China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment), The lab test our new products and provide suggestion to improve it,  it ensure that our lamps pass relevant certification tests

Inner driver development

Inner driver is is key component of the lamp, Huaxia Lighting have ability to design a perfect match innder driver for our pool light, it ensure the stability of our quality
